Coopera

Ruris was involved in the Coopera project, made up of a set of actions aimed at equipping SMEs in the agri-food, restaurant, accommodation and tourism sectors, and the granite extraction industry in particular, to invest in innovation and differentiation, and at raising awareness of these as critical competitiveness factors, not only for companies but also for a low-density area.

Ruris provided services for organising and running themed business meetings under the "Mondim Coopera" project, as follows:

• Preparation of the preliminary programme for organising the four business meetings:
  • Proposed structure;
  • Scheduling;
  • Speakers to invite.
• Support in preparing and running the four themed business meetings:
  • Management of registrations and accreditation of participants and speakers;
  • Issuing and delivery of participation certificates;
  • Preparation of programmes;
  • Identification and engagement of the specialist speakers for each meeting;
  • Promotion of the business meetings in the press (local and regional) and on social media;
  • Support in preparing memos and articles for the communication channels used by the municipality.
• Preparation of the final report on all the services provided.
