We begin by understanding the territory, the organisation and what is already there. Without that diagnosis there is no strategy — only a completed form.

We pick the right funding line, define the scope and the phasing, and design the strategy that underpins the application.

We build the dossier: technical documents, budgets, partnerships and all the paperwork the call requires.

We submit the application
We submit within the deadline and answer the managing authority’s requests for clarification through to the decision.

What kinds of organisations do you work with?
We work mainly with municipalities, inter-municipal communities, local development associations, non-profits and companies. What each call requires varies — in the first review we tell you whether your organisation is eligible for the open lines.
Does your support end once the application is submitted?
No. We prepare the application, but also the payment claims, the physical, financial and time reprogramming, the monitoring of delivery and the closure report. It is during delivery that most projects stumble.
Do you provide support with public procurement?
Yes. Public procurement is part of supporting funded projects, and it is one of the stages where a formal error costs you the eligibility of the expenditure.
How do I know whether there is an open call for my project?
The list of open calls on this page is kept up to date with the funding lines we follow, including the deadline, the budget and who is eligible. If none of them fits, talk to us — not every opportunity is open at the same time.
How long does an application take?
It depends on the call and on how far along the project is. What sets the timeline is rarely the application itself: it is the time needed to pull together the assessment, the partnerships and the technical documents behind it.
