Objective

The measure for driving entrepreneurial discovery processes, framed within the delivery of the Action Plans of the Collective Efficiency Strategies (EEC PROVERE) under Portugal 2030, aims to stimulate the creation of new economic initiatives based on adding value to the endogenous resources of low-density territories. Using collaborative and participatory methodologies, the intervention funds ideation programmes, co-creation laboratories, specialised mentoring and the acceleration of business projects.

Its central objective is to build entrepreneurs' capacity, turn distinctive territorial assets into high-value-added products and services and energise the rural innovation ecosystem, encouraging talent retention and local economic sustainability.
