Non-technology-based Business Parks

Objective

The support measure for non-technology-based business parks, framed within Portugal 2030 and funded by the ERDF, aims to promote the creation, expansion and modernisation of industrial estates and business parks intended to host manufacturing, logistics, commerce and local services activities.

Aligned with regional strategic and territorial development plans, the measure funds the physical infrastructure of plots (electricity, water, sanitation and telecommunications networks), the improvement of road access and the integration of green-transition solutions such as renewable energy communities, water efficiency and waste management.

Its central objective is to equip municipalities to attract and retain productive business investment, boost the competitiveness of the traditional economic fabric and promote job creation and territorial cohesion.
