Collective Actions: Promoting Enterprise

Ruris took part in "Ações Coletivas: Promoção do Espírito Empresarial", aimed at building the capacity of business initiatives and bringing new companies into being. The project combined the potential of the area's local resources with the entrepreneurial aptitude of its people, in order to provide technical support:

• Preparation of business plans;
• Mentoring and coaching;
• Legal support.

The project also set out to contribute to diversifying the local economy by adding value to rural activities.

Ruris prepared the application through the following actions:

• Support in designing the project idea;
• Compilation of the documentation required to submit the application in line with the call for applications;
• Definition and description of the project's general and specific objectives;
• Structuring and definition of the action plan and investment plan to be submitted;
• Technical characterisation and justification of investment costs in line with the actions to be carried out and the quotations submitted;
• Completion of the form and support with the submission of the application;
• Support in responding to requests for clarification during the appraisal of applications by the Managing Authority.
