About the Project
This project was designed to support the players in the smoked meats sector in adopting good practice that reconciles tradition with innovation and contributes to the competitiveness and sustainability of both the sector and the territory. It aims to foster an environment of coopetition between the sector's players so as to capitalise on the enormous potential of smoked meats.
