Smoked Meats: Cooperating to Compete and Develop

Ruris took part in the project, which was designed to support the players in the smoked meats sector in adopting good practice that reconciles tradition and innovation and that contributes to the competitiveness and sustainability of the sector and of the area.

The project aims to foster an environment of coopetition between the sector's players so as to capitalise on the enormous potential of smoked meats.

Ruris provided preparatory support for planning the implementation of the project's actions:

• Support in delivering and structuring four-monthly meetings to monitor and oversee the project, in particular the level of physical and financial delivery of the actions;
• Evaluation of the project's impact and of the results and targets achieved;
• Preparation of the project's communication and promotion plan;
• Preparation of interim reports and of the final project delivery report.
