Aldeias da Mesa dos 4 Abades: Technical and Economic Beekeeping Model

The Technical and Economic Model for Beekeeping in the "Aldeias da Mesa dos 4 Abades" area, supported by Ruris, was intended to address the underuse of beekeeping by developing and revitalising the practice in the municipality of Ponte de Lima. To that end, a document was produced setting out the various aspects a potential investor should consider before taking up beekeeping on a part-time basis, since this activity can be an attractive source of supplementary income.
