Alto Mondego Cultural Network

Ruris supported this project, which consisted of an integrated programme of cultural initiatives, developed and scheduled as a network with the participating municipalities, drawing on the strengths and talents of each member in delivering artistic and cultural activities, projecting territorial identity and attracting cultural tourism across three different themes (music, dance and theatre).

The programme provided for performances co-produced with the community in each of these areas, resulting in the work being staged as a community performance in each of the municipalities.

The activities carried out by Ruris were:

• Support in drafting responses to requests for clarification during delivery;
  • Organisation/validation of the project's physical evidence;
  • Support in preparing "model" public procurement documents, so as to standardise processes across all partners;
  • Bi-monthly meetings to monitor and oversee the project.
