Land Exchange and Rural Incubator

The Land Exchange and Rural Incubator project was an integrated strategy to promote rural entrepreneurship, making the most of the municipality's considerable potential for activity in crop production, agro-industry, related services and applied technology. In particular, it is an integrated approach focused principally on building the capacity of those with business ideas and on encouraging those ideas to become successful enterprises. As such, the project involves delivering an action plan that is markedly intangible in nature.
