Roads with History: EN16 and EN17
About the Project
Ruris developed the "Estradas com História: EN16 e EN17" project, whose main objectives are to add value to and upgrade the tourism offer of these areas and to promote mobility within the region, since the creation of this route differentiates and complements the offer by improving tourism experiences and visiting conditions, given that the local resources of the municipalities crossed by the EN 16 and EN 17 roads lend themselves to a networked tourism promotion strategy built on the landscape, cultural, heritage and gastronomic richness of the various locations.
The actions carried out by Ruris were:
- Preparation of the application;
- Project management through the following actions:
- Preparatory support for implementing the project's actions, in particular planning and scheduling the activities to be carried out;
- Regular meetings with the project's technical team;
- Monitoring and oversight of the project, in particular the level of physical and financial delivery of the actions;
- Monitoring and evaluation of the contracted indicators;
- Availability to answer questions by email/telephone regarding the project;
- Support in preparing public procurement procedures and the corresponding technical specifications for the lead organisation;
- Preparation of quarterly reports on the project support services and of the final project delivery report.
- Support in preparing and submitting payment claims:
- Analysis and organisation of documentation;
- Analysis of expenditure documents;
- Verification of the public procurement procedures underlying the expenditure incurred;
- Completion of the files required for the payment claim;
- Completion and submission of the payment claim on the platform;
- Follow-up on the status of the appraisal of payment claims;
- Support in drafting responses to requests for clarification;
- Digital organisation of the payment claim documentation;
- Support in preparing requests for time/physical/financial reprogramming;
- Support in gathering information from the beneficiary organisation(s) (reprogramming objectives, budgets, other supporting documents);
- Preparation of the necessary justification and supporting documentation;
- Completion and submission on the platform;
- Follow-up on the status of the reprogramming request;
- Support in drafting responses to requests for clarification.
