About the Project
The intended works aim to improve the building's condition, its safety and the comfort of the residents of the care home.
The measures consist of reinforcing the thermal insulation of the building envelope — walls and roofs — so as to improve its energy performance, raising thermal and acoustic comfort passively and helping to reduce energy consumption at the fabric level, particularly for heating, cooling and domestic hot water.
