Albergaria Empreende + 2023 Action Plan

Ruris worked on the Strategy for Entrepreneurship and Economic Development in Albergaria-a-Velha – Albergaria + 2030, which sets out and plans the actions and investments to be carried out over the next decade in order to optimise resources and respond to challenges, in a spirit of cooperation and partnership between the various organisations working in the area.

Ruris prepared the Albergaria Empreende + 2030 Action Plan, which involved the following steps:

• Territorial and economic characterisation of the municipality of Albergaria-a-Velha; identification of the main strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the strategy for fostering entrepreneurship and economic development in the municipality of Albergaria-a-Velha;
• Definition of the strategic approach for implementing the new plan up to 2030;
• Preparation of the proposed Action Plan, identifying and describing the actions to be carried out, the objectives and the partners;
• Definition of the plan's monitoring, evaluation and governance model.
