About the Project
The Programa Vales Verdes was a piece of work resulting from an assessment and consultation of the area, aimed at defining a strategy for revitalising the rural areas of Loulé in line with European and national policy agendas.
The main actions carried out by Ruris were:
The preparation and design of the Programa Vales Verdes through:
- Assessment of the current situation;
- Strategic framing in relation to national and international public policy;
- Definition of the guiding strategy and the strategic objectives;
- Structuring of the action programme for the following strands:
- Vales Verdes Land Bank;
- Vales Verdes Water Community;
- Vales Verdes Rural Business Incubator.
- Management and delivery model for the 2022 to 2025 period.
