Assessment for Building Capacity in the Centro Region Cheese Sector

This study grew out of a joint reflection on the future of the sector and on the areas of work that would be strategic for building its capacity.

It covered the methodology adopted for gathering testimony and identifying the points to explore, the territorial, demographic and economic context of the Centro Region, and a characterisation of the state of the region's cheese sector, culminating in a future vision for the sector together with proposed strategic guidelines and outlook.
