Interior Network

Ruris was involved in the "Rede Interior" project, whose aim was to develop a networked artistic and cultural programme across the area made up of the municipalities of Belmonte, Covilhã, Fornos de Algodres, Fundão, Gouveia, Manteigas and Seia, promoting and adding value to the historical and cultural heritage and encouraging the community to take an active part in asserting these areas and in addressing societal challenges such as the environment, gender equality and the social inclusion of minorities.

Ruris therefore provided the following services:

• Creation of content and communication materials:
  • Design of the project's logo and visual identity;
  • Design of general posters and banners for the activities to be held under the project;
  • Design of a Digital Cultural Calendar in newsletter format;
  • Adaptation of the communication materials to social media formats.
• Delivery of a digital promotion campaign:
  • Preparation of the project launch event; running of a press conference;
  • Drafting and distribution of press releases to the media (local, regional and national press);
  • Creation of a Facebook page;
  • Preparation of plans for the posts to be published on the project's Facebook page, specifying the posts, copy, images, dates and times;
  • Negotiation of advertising placement in media outlets (local, regional and national press);
  • Negotiation of participation in television and radio programmes relevant to the project;
  • Preparation of content for the Digital Cultural Calendar and its distribution.
  • Monitoring of results and preparation of a clipping report.
