Fragmentos Sonoros
“Fragmentos Sonoros” is a community music show that sets off in Guarda on 20 July at 10pm, in the rear courtyard of Guarda Cathedral. The tour will take in four more municipalities: Sabugal (22 July), Fundão (11 August), Belmonte (14 August) and Covilhã (21 September).
“Fragmentos Sonoros” is a networked piece of work, in which musicians from different places come together on the same stage. Textures, atmospheres and melodies that reflect on the present, carrying us on a journey of memories and affections. Images and sounds interact in a space of sharing. From chaos to harmony, from sonic sketches to rhythmic cadences. A sonic and visual show that invites the audience to be complicit in a shared territory.
This activity forms part of the project “Culture in Network of Beiras and Serra da Estrela”, promoted by CIMBSE in partnership with the Association of Municipalities of Cova da Beira and the municipalities belonging to the CIM.
