Ruris's work consisted of drawing up the specification document for Traditional Speciality Guaranteed qualification. The following actions were carried out:

• Specialist services for the assessment and certification of the product - cabbage with yellow beans:
  • Scheduling of consultancy sessions with the most relevant local businesses (restaurants, producers, associations, etc.) in relation to the selected product - cabbage with yellow beans;
  • A preliminary meeting presenting the work to the "Managing Body";
  • Delivery of individual and/or joint consultancy sessions with local businesses, with a view to structuring partnership networks, improving competitiveness factors, drawing up the "Specification Documents" for ETG certification and raising awareness of compliance with the certification standards;
  • Identification and qualification of the product, taking the following criteria into account:
    • current and future economic potential,
    • the product's presence across the region – a Minho product;
    • the authenticity of the product and/or of its processing methods;
    • economic and tourism impact for the region;
  • Preparation of the "Specification Document" for the product - cabbage with yellow beans;
  • Support in organising a public session presenting the "Specification Document" and the results of the consultancy work;
  • Preparation of the final report on the services provided.
• Specialist services were also provided for the delivery of capacity-building activities aimed at the sectors relevant to adding value to local agricultural and agri-food products:
  • Delivery of two workshops to the following specifications:
    • 3 hours' duration for each session;
    • Definition of topics and speakers to invite;
    • Definition of dates and venues;
    • Preparation of the programme;
    • Creation of a digital registration form and the corresponding invitation email;
    • Monitoring and management of registrations;
    • Preparation of press releases;
    • Preparation of the final delivery report.
