Gastronomic Trail
About the Project
The project set out to create a Gastronomic Trail and to certify restaurants so as to encourage them to work the municipality's own products — smoked meats, potatoes and cabbage — into their dishes and menus. It also included promotional activity abroad, in markets with strong emigrant communities.
