The Programme to Add Value to the Centro Region PDO Cheese Sector was an integrated sector strategy aimed at building the economic value of an important local resource, working on improved conditions for milk and cheese production, on building the capacity of those involved, on renewing and better organising the sector, and on delivering a strong promotion and outreach campaign.
