– Round table: The importance of recruiting and upskilling human resources, and the main issues around hiring labour in agri-food.
FACILITATORS:
Susana Costa – Degree in organisational psychology, with a postgraduate qualification in strategic human resources management. She is Director of the Multitempo branches for the Norte region and has more than 15 years' experience in human resources management, across several sectors, including agri-food.
Sara Ferreira – Degree in human resources, currently a Commercial Consultant for the Norte region at Multitempo.
Sandra Monteiro – Branch Manager at Kelly Services, with a degree in Human Resources Management, working in the field since 2003.
Manuel Fernandes – Degree in psychology with a postgraduate qualification in strategic human resources management. He is Area Manager at Randstad, responsible for the various branches in the north of the country. He has around 20 years' experience in human resources.
