José Martino – Agronomist, consultant and entrepreneur.
With specialists from the vegetable and fruit sector in attendance.
João Saramago – Graduated in Animal Science from the University of Évora, he began his career at Jerónimo Martins in 2008. He held various roles at Jerónimo Martins, including food safety manager and quality control for fruit and vegetables between 2013 and 2016. He is currently a director at Sociedade Agrícola Santa Leocádia – Quinta do Miradouro, Lda.
Aida Costa – Graduated in Agronomy, she is a mycology technician recognised by DGADR. She has overseen mushroom production since 2007, particularly log-grown shiitake. She currently works with Floresta Viva, where she oversees mushroom production and quality control for all mushrooms sold.
Hélder Teixeira – Graduated in Agricultural Management at EPAMAC, he began his career as a young farmer in horticulture and viticulture. He founded the company Hortieno, where he is currently managing partner.
